We're a team of 10 based in SoHo, New York. Open to remote. We look for people with great taste who can ship code, design or convey user needs into delightful products. Responsibilities - Own and implement software programs across stacks and technologies, with a focus on front-end - Ship new features from concept to production - Work closely with our UI/UX designers to create beautiful products - Build fast, reusable components and libraries to maintain consistency across the brand - Ensure cross-browser performance and accessibility Qualifications - Doesn’t write code by hand, defaults to Claude Code, Codex, or your harness of choice - Proficiency in React, Typescript, and similar technologies - Self motivated, willing to push your comfort zone in order to make something feel great - Strong attention to detail and ability to self-QA before handing off to the greater team - Strong communication skills, check-ins, asking questions, etc - Actionable taste for interaction details like motion, typography, and affordance Minimum full-time salary of $160,000-$210,000. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Full Time employees at Noise Labs are also eligible for other compensation elements, including equity and benefits, dependent on the position type.
