About our tech stack TypeScript, Next.js, React/Redux Python, Django, PostgreSQL What you'll do - Be fully responsible for the advancement of a suite of products, targeted at independent retailers - Work closely with users, our customers and internal teams to identify user needs - Develop a cohesive strategy that enables us to gain adoption among independent retailers and to help power their businesses through our offering - Understand our technological capabilities and constraints, and combine these with an understanding of user needs to develop groundbreaking solutions - Write concise product specifications and work closely with the engineering team to refine these to ensure fast and efficient development - Build a deep technical understanding of the product to discuss design decisions with engineering - Coordinate all aspects of the projects you are responsible for, through the entire development cycle - Collect and use data to make decisions, which may include complex analyses and A/B testing Requirements - Technical background, demonstrated through a degree in computer science or engineering, or alternatively through relevant work experience - Distinctive work experience in building software products - Hunger to meet users and dive deep into their problems - Design mindset - Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality - Comfortable operating in a customer-facing role and engaging C-suite executives About our culture - We're a remote-first company that encourages our employees to work from where they're most productive. - We work in tight-knit teams to cultivate an ownership mentality. - We cherish curiosity and an obsession for details because we know these details are invaluable over the long run. - We're hyper-focused on our achievements and our ability to execute our promises.
