Brand Implementation Coordinator

IVC

Brand Implementation Coordinator 12‑month Fixed Term Contract | Remote (UK) | Occasional travel Salary: from £37,000 About Us IVC is one of the world’s leading veterinary care providers, operating across 20 countries with over 2,400 sites globally. In the UK, we’re the largest veterinary care provider, with around 940 clinics nationwide. We’re currently delivering a major transformation, moving from 400+ legacy brands to a single unified brand: Inspiring Vet Care. This includes physical practice changes, refreshed marketing, new digital journeys and a renewed focus on the client experience making this one of the most significant brand programmes in UK veterinary care. About the role We’re rolling out a new, unified brand across hundreds of veterinary practices nationwide and it’s a big, fast‑moving programme. To support this, we’re looking for a Brand Implementation Coordinator to play a hands‑on role in guiding practices through a structured 10–15 week brand launch journey. This isn’t an “install and go” rollout. It requires ongoing engagement, coordination and problem‑solving with multiple teams, all working at pace. You’ll act as a key point of contact for practices, helping them stay on track, resolve issues quickly, and deliver a high‑quality, consistent brand launch. With the programme scaling rapidly, this is a great opportunity to join a nationally significant transformation at an exciting moment. What you’ll be doing *Act as the main day‑to‑day point of contact for allocated Area and Practice teams during their brand rollout *Guide teams through a structured “countdown to launch” timeline, ensuring actions are completed on time *Provide proactive, practical support answering questions, troubleshooting issues and keeping momentum high *Facilitate weekly calls with Area Teams, offering first‑line support throughout the implementation journey *Induct Practice Leadership Teams into the brand launch process and tools *Support and deliver “train the trainer” sessions, enabling practice leaders to engage their own teams using our Brand Snacks toolkit *Escalate complex or novel issues appropriately, while taking ownership of resolving day‑to‑day challenges *Capture feedback and identify opportunities to improve the implementation process *Help ensure a consistent, high‑quality experience across all brand launches About you You’re highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once. You take ownership, enjoy solving problems, and respond quickly when things need fixing. You’ll likely bring: *Experience in operations, project coordination, or a fast‑paced implementation environment *Confidence working with multiple stakeholders remotely *Strong communication and facilitation skills *Excellent attention to detail and follow‑through *A calm, pragmatic approach in a high‑volume, time‑critical rollout Experience in a veterinary, healthcare or multi‑site environment would be an advantage, but isn’t essential. This role would suit a high‑performing coordinator looking for a stretch opportunity, or someone close to stepping up into a more senior implementation or project role. What we offer A fixed‑term role (12 months) with genuine scope to build exposure and experience on a large‑scale national programme A fast‑paced environment with strong learning and development potential Remote working with occasional UK travel Visibility across a complex, high‑profile transformation Realistic opportunities to move into other roles internally (not guaranteed, but very possible) Why Join Us? This is a unique opportunity to influence meaningful change at scale in a purpose‑led organisation dedicated to improving veterinary care. You’ll be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of our UK practices and supporting colleagues across the country through impactful transformation. *Cycle to Work scheme *Green Cars salary sacrifice scheme *Voluntary benefits: choose from a range of benefits to suit you *Discounted staff pet care *Access to discounts/cashback with hundreds of participating retailers Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging At IVC Evidensia we are committed to Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging, we are keen to hear from candidates from all minority and diverse groups. As a Disability Confident Employer, we are keen to hear from candidates with disabilities and long-term health conditions and would be happy to discuss any reasonable adjustments needed during the recruitment proc
