Account Executive
EWN
• Identify and qualify 30+ new market opportunities within the first six months through strategic prospecting and outbound engagement. • Develop a territory and account plan that drives new business acquisition and pipeline growth. • Lead discovery and solution-selling conversations with decision-makers across operations, compliance, safety, IT, and legal. • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations showcasing EWN’s platform, services, and value proposition. • Achieve and exceed assigned annual revenue quotas, adjusted for ramp period. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and proactive support. • Document all activity, pipeline, and forecasting rigorously within Salesforce (SFDC). • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Solutions, and Product teams to ensure customer success. • Represent EWN at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as a brand ambassador.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (5+ years in sales, marketing, or account management).
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a consultative/solution-selling approach and consistent quota attainment.
- Proven success closing deals ≥ $100K ACV with multi-stakeholder decision processes (including IT and Legal).
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, and virtual sales tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
