Associate Sales Rep – Oncology

• Partner with strategic accounts to ensure education, positive experiences, and strong relationships. • Participate in onboarding and service implementation, ensuring smooth workflows and provider education. • Drive account growth through efficient workflows, process improvements, tailoring approaches to each account's needs. • Use data to improve processes, track progress, and identify engagement opportunities. • Clearly articulate customer needs to internal teams, ensuring alignment and customer success. • Set and deliver on achievable milestones to support growth of the Oncology Business Unit. • Collaborate creatively to improve processes and drive growth, using team insights and data. • Leverage CRM tools and applications to drive ongoing operational enhancements. • Take initiative on projects, collaborate effectively, and mentor team members to ensure success. • Contribute to strategic vision and adapt sales and support strategies to meet customer needs effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred.
- 1+ years of sales support experience preferred; preferably in biotech, healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
- Excellent presentation, training, coaching, and communication skills (both written and oral).
- Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, coaching, advising, problem-solving, and facilitation.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable engaging customers remotely and in person.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
- Proficient in Excel preferred.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA laws and patient privacy regulations preferred.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting Myriad’s policy standards.
- Ability to model and live corporate values and professional ethics.
