The ideal candidate will have strong experience creating floor plans, construction drawings, and technical layouts. You must be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Asana, and capable of delivering accurate, high-quality work within set timelines. Key Responsibilities - Draft detailed floor plans, elevations, and architectural layouts. - Interpret sketches, markups, and design instructions provided by architects or project managers. - Maintain project tasks, updates, and documentation using Asana. - Ensure all drawings comply with relevant architectural standards and client requirements. - Collaborate with the design team, respond to revisions, and meet daily expectations.

• Lead the design of complex, production-grade solutions based on Red Hat OpenShift, focusing on Internal Developer Platforms (like Red Hat Developer Hub/Backstage), CI/CD modernization, and AI-assisted workflows. • Lead technical discovery sessions, and workshops, to identify customer challenges and demonstrate the value of Red Hat's portfolio. • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Platform Engineering and AI-Assisted Application Modernization for customer and internal teams, guiding them through design, pilot, and production deployments. • Work with customers to identify challenges and blockers to the adoption of modern software delivery practices and collaborate with them to address their technical and business requirements. • Work closely with Red Hat's product, engineering, professional services, and sales teams to ensure a world-class customer experience. • Develop and share best practices, reusable assets, and architectural patterns for application modernization, contribute to whitepapers and webinars, and speak at industry conferences.

• Define and execute our identity and access management strategy across our hybrid infrastructure • Design and implement IAM strategy across hybrid infrastructure - Linux, Kubernetes, Windows, AWS, Azure, and cloud identity providers • Architect identity solutions that bridge POSIX-based authentication with modern cloud platforms (OIDC, SAML, federation), migrating from legacy models • Implement privileged access management - just-in-time access, least privilege, periodic reviews, and accountability for shared service accounts • Extend zero-trust capabilities beyond current SASE remote access to broader infrastructure • Partner cross-functionally with Security Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Corp IT to integrate identity controls without disrupting production • Define the IAM roadmap — prioritize high-risk areas, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and establish credibility with senior engineering and research leaders • Build the IAM team - hire, mentor, and lead IAM engineers as the program scales
