• The company is currently scaling its engineering team to support an ambitious and fast-evolving product roadmap. • As part of this growth, they are looking to bring on experienced Senior Software Engineers who can contribute to building, improving, and scaling their platform. • In this role, the engineer will play an active part not only in development, but also in shaping the product direction and exploring innovative technical approaches. • There is strong encouragement to experiment, propose new ideas, and influence decisions that directly impact users. • Working closely with the Tech Lead, the successful candidate will take ownership of: • Collaborating with Product Management to refine requirements and technical specifications • Designing integration approaches, breaking down tasks, and providing reliable estimations • Writing and maintaining high-quality code, including reviews, testing, and deployment processes • The role involves close collaboration with the broader team, including the co-founder and CTO, alongside product managers, engineers, SREs, and data specialists.

• Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture using .NET Core and React.js • Design microservices-based architectures and distributed systems • Establish best practices in design patterns, coding standards, and system integration • Architect and develop robust APIs using .NET Core, C#, WebAPI, and MVC • Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and security • Lead frontend architecture using React.js • Ensure responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance UI development • Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments • Apply strong knowledge of LINQ, design patterns , and clean architecture principles • Mentor and guide development teams on best practices and emerging technologies

In this role, you will interpret sentences from source content and extract clear, minimally complete, and non-ambiguous claims (propositions). You will also analyze and visually represent sentence structure using diagramming techniques to ensure precision and clarity. This work plays a critical role in improving how AI systems understand and process human language, making accuracy, consistency, and strong analytical thinking essential. Key Responsibilities: - Perform core project tasks following established guidelines and workflows. - Perform periodic quality reviews to ensure labeling compliance with guidelines and address any areas of confusion. - Facilitate Q&A sessions with annotators and reviewers. - Collaborate with project leaders and data managers on labeling quality metrics.
