• The company is currently scaling its engineering team to support an ambitious and fast-evolving product roadmap. • As part of this growth, they are looking to bring on experienced Senior Software Engineers who can contribute to building, improving, and scaling their platform. • In this role, the engineer will play an active part not only in development, but also in shaping the product direction and exploring innovative technical approaches. • There is strong encouragement to experiment, propose new ideas, and influence decisions that directly impact users. • Working closely with the Tech Lead, the successful candidate will take ownership of: • Collaborating with Product Management to refine requirements and technical specifications • Designing integration approaches, breaking down tasks, and providing reliable estimations • Writing and maintaining high-quality code, including reviews, testing, and deployment processes • The role involves close collaboration with the broader team, including the co-founder and CTO, alongside product managers, engineers, SREs, and data specialists.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a backend or full-stack engineer
- Background in high-growth startups or similarly dynamic environments
- Experience contributing to large-scale products serving thousands of active users
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-moving environment
- A user-focused approach, with attention to delivering excellent product experiences
- Comfort working on platforms that may include uncensored or adult-oriented content
- Nice to Have: Exposure to or interest in data science, machine learning, or generative AI (e.g. NLP, MLOps)
- Experience collaborating with distributed, international teams
