Customer Success Manager — Voice AI

• Responsible for product and technical inquiries related to Voice AI solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction and strong product adoption. • Develop, optimize and maintain Voice AI workflows, including prompt design, speech recognition and natural interaction. • Support and train customers to use Voice AI and SaaS products effectively, including onboarding and coaching. • Analyze user feedback and performance data to continuously improve product quality, language models and customer-success processes. • Work closely with product and engineering teams on the development of Voice AI features and the automation of internal processes. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and actively contribute to expanding existing customer relationships. • Contribute to building out the customer-success infrastructure, e.g., by creating knowledge bases, FAQ systems and Voice AI demonstrations. • Provide technical customer support via phone, voice calls or ticketing systems to quickly and competently resolve technical issues.

Job Requirements

  • Interest in artificial intelligence, especially Voice AI technologies and the advancement of generative language systems.
  • Some professional experience in customer success, account management or a comparable customer-facing role.
  • Experience with voice and AI platforms such as fonio, VAPI.ai, retell.ai, ElevenLabs, Deepgram or similar tools is a plus.
  • Affinity for software and ideally hands-on experience with SaaS solutions such as Userpilot, Intercom or similar systems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation and a desire to achieve visible results and measurable customer success.
  • Ability to analyze processes, clearly identify improvement opportunities and implement them constructively.
  • Enjoy interacting and communicating directly with customers, with empathy, openness and a strong service orientation.
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of initiative.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Independently manages a complex book of business, including clients with advanced performance guarantees and fully at-risk contracts. - Develop a deep understanding and interest of population health and health care utilization data with the ability to articulate results - leveraging data to tell a story (relate and interpret data). - Participates in new health center implementations planning and launch alongside the Sales team, Director of Operations & local operations leadership and Implementation Team. - Leads competitive renewal re-bids, often involving larger pursuit teams and complex negotiations. Manage contractual requirements including renewal terms and successfully renew clients at targeted escalation. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration and 7–10 years in healthcare, health insurance, brokerage/consulting, or direct HR/benefits.
