Job Requirements
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
- 2 + years in executive support (remote preferred).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

- Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696 – $1,044/month (experience-based).

THE ROLE We are seeking a highly proactive, detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and the broader Product Organization. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations, effective communication, and strong organizational alignment across the global Product function. The Executive Assistant will handle complex scheduling, cross‑functional coordination, confidential information, and operational processes that enable the CPO and Product leadership team to focus on strategic priorities. You will thrive in this role if you excel at anticipating needs, managing multiple priorities, and fostering strong relationships across teams and time zones.
