About the Role As a Priority Advisor, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. You will guide clients from onboarding through to renewal, ensuring they achieve strong results while delivering a consistently high-quality experience. This role is heavily focused on driving retention and overall client success, making it ideal for someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and confident in managing client relationships end-to-end. What the role involves: - Managing a portfolio of 10 high value clients - Full ownership from onboarding through to renewal - Running onboarding calls and scheduled review calls once campaigns are live - Proactively monitoring client activity daily and stepping in early where needed - Working closely with the campaigns team to improve performance and client experience - Driving retention and overall client success What we’re looking for: - Strong communication skills (especially on calls) - Ability to stay in control of conversations and handle pushback confidently in line with our guides - High level of accountability and ownership - Strong client relationship management and consistent engagement - Account manager experience What We Offer - Base salary + commission structure. - A company that rewards outcomes, not just activity.
