Position Overview: We are currently seeking a determined Sales Support Representative who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. This is done by working closely with field sales representatives/Partner Support and installation technicians to ensure smooth onboarding experience. This role supports account creation, installation, activation, survey/resurvey processes while coordinating back-end operations of the sales cycle. Position Details: Pay: $18/hour Location: Remote Start date: 5/18/26- early November 2026 (this is a seasonal 6-month opportunity) Key Responsibilities: - Support sales representatives with account creation, contract setup, signing, uploading, and quality assurance surveys. - Assist with installation and activation processes for new customers. - Communicate professionally with field agents and internal teams. - Review and respond to initial installation issues involving field sales. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and success of the Brinks Home Direct Program. - Provide support via telephone, QUIQ, and email sales representatives and technicians. - Verifying new accounts meets company criteria and compliance standards. - Coordinate with tech support for scheduling installations. - Conduct verification calls for potential new installations. - Make outbound survey calls for dealer installations. Position summary The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients. The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working. The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact. The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) – by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. This role will prioritize the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while also focusing on overall business results and performance objectives while exemplifying BMS values. The TAS role is field-based. A TAS is anticipated to spend 100% of their time in the field with external customers. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Promotion - Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner. - Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating in a balanced manner the clinical and scientific rationale for use of products in appropriate patients. - Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas. - Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans. - Proactively uses available tools to derive insights and to dynamically inform call plans.
