Your Impact The PROvider Network Specialist is primarily responsible for completing specific activities in support of maintaining the health and accuracy of Lowe's PROvider network. What You Will Do - Reviews and validates the accuracy of the third-party PROvider information based on the Risk Management & Service Support guidelines - Manages the set-up process for all PROviders through various Lowe 's-based systems - Processes and verifies all PROvider insurance, licensing, cancellations, renewals, and terminations, including PROvider open-for-payment requests - Confirms that compliant background checks are on file for PROviders while ensuring compliance standards are met by both the PROviders and Lowe's - Identifies deficiencies within the information provided through partnering with PROviders via phone or email to ensure compliance and collect various state-required documents - Inputs new vendor information into the Lowe’s Vendor System and works with Vendor Maintenance on the issuance of vendor numbers - Compiles necessary documents, which may include service PROvider agreements, applications, licenses, and insurance documents for archival purposes - Works cross-functionally to effectively gather information and complete tasks while reviewing information for completeness and accuracy - Serves as subject matter expert to Lowe’s Services and Specialty associates, field associates, and PROviders for application process and insurance-related questions - Create and/or update team training and resource materials, as required - Serve as a resource to complete monthly reports and special projects, as needed - Provides SMART customer service at all times through the daily execution of Lowe's customer service policies, procedures, and programs - Organizes work processes to ensure the most efficient workflow while collaborating with others (i.e., PROviders, field teams, peers). - Draws from program experience to offer ways to improve the PROvider experience - In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications - High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable - 3 years of experience in a defined process role, preferably in a team environment Preferred Skills/Education - Bachelor’s degree Pay Range: $20.67 - $34.52 per hour Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
