Epic Application Analyst Associate – S
SSM Health
• Supports and maintains Epic applications and other related technical integrations to meet the needs of the organization. • Provides routine maintenance of Epic applications and systems using existing internal processes, policies, and procedures. • Troubleshoots and resolves basic Epic application issues and provides end user support. • Escalates issues appropriately to application team members. • Assists the team in analyzing Epic vendor software updates and tests updates according to scripts. • Codes for Epic application including building application tables and reports. • Assists with updating testing scripts to incorporate ongoing system development and implementations. • Builds requirements for configuration and business process changes. • Follows tasks as assigned in project plans for routine projects in order to support meeting milestones and timeframes. • Performs standard system testing both unit and integrated. • Organizes requirement specifications, using data, diagrams, and flowcharts to inform decision making. • Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education.
- As part of the Associate Analyst role at SSM, candidates are required to obtain Epic certification within the first six (6) months of employment.
- Associates will be provided with up to three (3) attempts to successfully pass the Epic certification exam.
- No experience required.
