Finance Director – Brand Outsourcing

• Provide financial leadership and business partnering support to the Brand Outsourcing portfolio. • Ensure strong financial governance across Brand Outsourcing projects, focusing on forecasting accuracy, scenario planning, spend control, and proactive financial risk management. • Support end to end project financial management, enabling informed decision making and ensuring projects are delivered profitably, within budget, and in line with forecast. • Act as the primary finance business partner to Brand Outsourcing leadership and project owners. • Provide financial insight, challenge, and guidance to support commercial and operational decisions. • Partner closely with Operations, Business Development, Contracts, and Compliance to ensure financially robust Brand Outsourcing delivery models. • Support governance forums and leadership discussions with clear financial reporting and insight. • Lead project level and portfolio level forecasting for Brand Outsourcing engagements. • Develop and maintain scenario planning models to assess the financial impact of changes in scope or client demand, recruitment and resourcing assumptions, market or delivery risks. • Identify, quantify, and monitor financial risks and opportunities, escalating issues early with recommended mitigation actions. • Maintain close oversight of actual spend versus budget and forecast across all Brand Outsourcing projects. • Support project managers in managing costs, protecting margins, and delivering against financial targets. • Drive corrective actions where spend or forecast performance deviates from plan. • Ensure financial discipline is embedded throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide financial support across the full Brand Outsourcing project lifecycle, including financial modelling and proposal development, project start‑up and forecast set‑up, ongoing delivery tracking, project close‑out, reconciliation, and final billing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
  • Typically 12–15+ years’ experience in Finance, including commercial finance and project financial management.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex, resource-intensive delivery models, ideally within outsourcing or professional services environments.
  • Strong expertise in forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management.
  • Proven expertise in forecasting, scenario planning, and financial modelling.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability, margin protection, and financial delivery.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial management systems.
