• Active sourcing and direct outreach to talent on LinkedIn and other platforms • Build and maintain a qualified talent pool • Initial contact and screening of applicants in German and English • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling • Maintain our applicant tracking system (Personio) and support reporting • Contribute to shaping our recruiting processes and employer-branding initiatives • Communicate with candidates professionally and empathetically

Job Requirements

  • You are enrolled as a university student (with at least one year remaining in your studies)
  • Available and motivated to work at least 12 hours per week
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Some prior experience in customer-facing roles or HR/service is a plus
  • Enjoy communicating and working with people
  • Strong tool and tech affinity (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, MS Office/Google Workspace)
  • Work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner
