Unlike a typical development role, this position requires a hybrid focus: - High-velocity creation of mobile apps for lead generation and marketing experiments. - Primary maintainer and "Go-To Expert" for our live application ecosystem. Responsibilities - React Native Software Development - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain TLI mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js. - Estimate engineering effort and plan implementation/rollout of system changes. - Be a true partner in defining the mobile app experience; bring a technical perspective to further business goals. - Deliver clear, well-communicated, and complete design documents. - The "Architect" Workflow: Shift from manually typing syntax to prompting for entire features, immediately spotting hallucinations or security flaws, and integrating them safely. - Frontend Expert - Implement user-friendly UX/UI designs using a solid understanding of UI/UX principles. - Utilize AI tools (Lovable/v0/FigmaMake) for rapid UI generation. - Strive to minimize the time to build professional-looking screens across various display sizes. - LIVE Leadgen Mobile Apps Maintenance - Serve as the primary responder for live production incidents affecting lead-generation mobile apps. - Proactively implement tools to increase awareness of mobile app LIVE issues. - Regularly review and maintain documentation for building and deploying apps. - Mobile App Go-To Expert - Deployment: Build and deploy to App Store (TestFlight) and Google Play. Resolve compliance issues and manage store listings. - Quality Gatekeeper: Run weekly code review meetings and review implementation from a security standpoint (OWASP, credentials management). - Industry Trends: Constantly grow expertise in new development trends, specifically AI and automation. • Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using Databricks (Jobs, Workflows, Delta Live Tables) • Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT processes leveraging Apache Spark (PySpark / Scala) • Develop data models using Delta Lake, including schema design, partitioning strategies, Z-ordering, and optimization techniques • Manage and optimize Databricks clusters (autoscaling, spot instances, instance pools, cluster policies) • Implement CI/CD pipelines for Databricks deployments (e.g., using Databricks Repos, Terraform, Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions) • Work with structured and semi-structured data (JSON, Parquet, Avro) at scale • Ensure data quality and reliability through validation frameworks, unit/integration testing, and monitoring • Implement data governance practices (Unity Catalog, access controls, lineage tracking, auditing) • Troubleshoot performance issues (job failures, skew, shuffle bottlenecks, memory pressure) and optimize Spark workloads • Integrate Databricks with cloud-native services (AWS S3, Azure Data Lake Storage, GCP BigQuery) • Collaborate with data consumers to define SLAs, data contracts, and service interfaces

• Diagnose and rectify SIP, SBC and PBX related voice faults on Vodia, Audiocodes, and Sonus/Ribbon platforms • Manage customer correspondence through the ticketing system, escalating and responding within SLA • Raise and escalate faults to upstream carriers and engineering team members • Assist customers with adds, moves, and changes • Configure SIP trunks, dial plans, and routing policies • Document processes and systems for the benefit of other team members • Assist customers deploying new voice solutions (if required)

Title: Structural Engineer III Location: KS - Olathe Job Description: The Structural Engineer Level III is responsible for performing structural engineering tasks for Civil and Electrical construction projects under the direct super vision of an upper level Engineer or Engineering Team Leader as assigned by the Engineering Manager or Director to ensure the safety and durability of the projects on which they are working. This role will work in close contact with other structural engineers (preconstruction teams, project teams, subcontractors and manufacturing production teams) within the organization. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD, RISA-3D, RISA-Connection, Revit, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, the ability to apply principles or mechanics, mathematics, physics, material science, 3D concepts to creative problem-solving, and have working knowledge of Building Analysis and Design Software for concrete, steel, wood, plastics such as Advance Steel, etc. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelors or Masters in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with Structural Emphasis. Active PE License required. Experience: 8 years of experience Travel: 5-15% Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary. Remote out of Kansas or surrounding states KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Participates in customer / project interviews. - Confers with internal and external customers to discuss existing or potential construction projects. - Conducts field surveys and studies to identify and provide practical, cost effective solutions. - Operates computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks. - Prepares and studies technical drawings/specifications to ensure that designs/installations conform to standards & customer requirements. - Provides guidance to ensure that construction activities comply with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. - Inspects completed installations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications. - Operates computer-assisted design and engineering software to complete relevant tasks. - Performs detailed calculations to compute and establish construction standards/specifications. - Review and provide feedback on 3rd party structural designs. - Coordinates Structural design workload with subcontractors. - Performs other related duties as required and assigned. - Provides structural engineering for complex projects with minimal team leader oversight. - Proactively provides guidance to Level’s 1 and 2 Engineers and Designers as project-specific tasks are executed, or as other opportunities are identified. - Provides training for other technical personnel in areas of expertise. - Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
