Responsibilities and Expectations: - Responsible for achieving and exceeding targets and planned growth within assigned key accounts. - Execute tactical sales and marketing plans within predefined frameworks. - Manage account-level demand generation, including promotions, merchandising, and marketing campaigns. - Maintain excellent customer relationships and regularly engage with account stakeholders. Visit customer locations frequently. - Provide regular business reporting and insights, using analytics to monitor performance and highlight potential issues. - Actively manage customer inventory forecasts and stock run rates to optimize sales potential. - Identify operational or tactical weaknesses and create corrective action plans, escalating complex issues to the leadership team. - Continuously monitor market pricing and competition and highlight significant concerns internally. - Support colleagues during strategic account reviews and negotiations. - Ensure customers have an up-to-date understanding of Corsair products, services, and objectives. - Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Corsair’s core values. Essential Skills and Experience: - Native Portuguese speaker. Must be fluent in English and Spanish or native Spanish speaker fluent in English and Portuguese. - Must be enthusiastic and dependable. - 5+ years of experience in IT Sales, Retail Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain Management, Account Management. - High experience working with MS Office Suite; proficient in Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, lookup, formulas) is a preference. - Experience and technical knowledge of the PC Gaming or PC Hardware market preferred. - Possesses a passion for technology and is proactive in staying current on the latest products on the market. - Well organized, Team player, process driven with ability to multitask fast and efficiently. - Ability to prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail with great accuracy. - Exceptional written and verbal communication, including experience presenting. - Ability to articulate a point of view and negotiate. - Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
