• Assist Senior Designers and Art Directors in the production of high-quality visual assets for digital, social, and print platforms. • Learn and apply Twilio’s brand guidelines rigorously, ensuring every piece of work, no matter how small, aligns with our visual identity. • Take direction and feedback from creative leads to iterate on designs, helping to move projects from concept to final delivery. • Prepare files for production, including resizing assets for various channels, styling presentations, and organizing creative libraries. • Participate in creative brainstorms and team meetings, bringing fresh perspectives and a 'builder' mindset to the table.

Job Requirements

  • Actively working on or have a Bachelor level degree in Graphic Design or 1-3 years of work experience in a design-related field
  • A strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
  • Early mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • An eagle eye for alignment, spelling, and brand accuracy.
  • A hunger to learn, a positive attitude toward feedback, and the ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.
  • A link to your portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your design thinking and execution (to submit on application).
