TPM - Wallet & Payments

Role Description We’re building a regulated digital wallet and payments platform in the UAE, and this role sits at the center of everything. This is not a typical TPM role. You will be the person who: - Connects engineering, product, compliance, and business - Keeps wallet + payments delivery moving under regulatory pressure - Ensures nothing falls through the cracks when things get complex (which they will) If you’ve worked on fintech products in the UAE, you already know — this is part execution, part coordination, part problem-solving under constraints. What You’ll Own - Program & Delivery Ownership - Drive end-to-end delivery of wallet and payment features - Manage timelines across engineering, product, compliance, and partners - Break down complex fintech initiatives into clear execution plans - Cross-Functional Alignment - Act as the bridge between: - Engineering - Product - Compliance / Risk - External partners (banks, payment providers) - Ensure everyone is aligned on what is being built, why, and when - Fintech & Regulatory Coordination - Work closely with teams to align delivery with UAE regulatory expectations - Track dependencies related to: - KYC / AML - Payment integrations - Wallet flows - Ensure documentation, timelines, and readiness for regulatory reviews - Execution & Problem Solving - Identify blockers early and drive resolution fast - Manage multiple workstreams across wallet, payments, and integrations - Bring structure to ambiguity and keep momentum high Qualifications - 5–10 years experience as a TPM / Program Manager / Delivery Lead - Prior experience working on fintech products (wallets, payments, banking, BNPL, etc.) - Strong understanding of backend-heavy systems and APIs - Experience managing cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments - UAE Fintech Exposure (Strong Preference) - Experience working on fintech products in the UAE - Understanding of: - Regulatory constraints - Payment integrations - Banking ecosystems Core Skills - Strong program management and execution skills - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities - Clear communication (especially between tech and non-tech teams) - High ownership mindset What Success Looks Like - Wallet features are delivered on time and without regulatory surprises - Engineering, product, and compliance move in sync - Dependencies are managed before they become problems - The team moves faster because of you
