More than 18,000 patients are treated each year for emergencies ranging from life threatening cardiac arrests and strokes, to major injuries and accidents, to more minor injuries. Facilities include a five bay observation center for observation and testing before returning home, as well as 20 private exam rooms adding a greater degree of privacy for patients. Demonstrates unit/area-designated competencies. Assists in establishing and maintaining a patient care environment that is clean, safe and conducive to patient/family well-being. Training is provided to prepare our colleagues for success.
