What you'll do: Manage the day-to-day operations of a team comprised of Technical Writers and Learning Consultants Research and deploy best in class technology tools to ensure the most efficient and highest quality content delivery possible Deliver engaging technical documentation and training courses to help our customers successfully use their software Ensure content is optimized for both human and AI utilization Measure and maximize content's customer impact Coach, mentor and inspire staff with a focus on individual development, employee satisfaction, and retention Provide clear individual and team goals, ensuring each team member understands their role, making changes when necessary and proactively addressing performance issues Track work across multiple products with dynamic schedules, ensuring on time content delivery Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success and Services teams We have great tools, and even greater people, and we're hopeful you can show us ways to use them even more efficiently to help communicate what's coming with our products! What you'll bring: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or Instructional Designer 3+ years of proven people management experience or effectively managing and leading a team of direct reports Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Jira, Sharepoint and Salesforce. Experience with MadCap Flare and Videate is a plus Ability to connect the dots and tell our story to customers across multiple products Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Strong stakeholder management and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced environment Culture Agility. What you'll do: Serve as the technical authority in pre sales engagements, aligning NAVEX solutions to customer business, risk, and compliance requirements Conduct in depth technical discovery across security, compliance, integrations, data models, workflows, and reporting requirements Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and executive level presentations Develop and support proof of concept (PoC) environments, including configuration, data modelling, and use case validation Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for both technical and non technical audiences Partner with Sales to support pipeline management, deal strategy, competitive positioning, and technical qualification Evaluate customer environments, processes, and systems to identify gaps and recommend best practice solution architectures Collaborate cross functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to influence roadmap, integrations, and customer outcomes Use data and KPIs (e.g., win rate, time to close, attach rate) to continuously improve technical sales effectiveness What you'll bring: 3+ years of experience in pre sales engineering, solutions consulting, sales engineering, implementation consulting, or technical SaaS roles Proven success supporting complex SaaS sales cycles in B2B or enterprise environments Strong understanding of value based and consultative selling methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN, Solution Selling) Solid understanding of SaaS architectures, including multi tenant platforms, APIs, integrations, and data flows Ability to discuss security, privacy, and compliance concepts such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, data residency, and access controls at a practical level Experience with GRC, risk management, compliance, ethics & integrity, ESG, or adjacent enterprise platforms strongly preferred. Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders through credibility, clarity, and trust Strong executive communication skills-written, verbal, and visual Culture Agility.
