The Marketing Manager, MY and SG is responsible for developing and implementing the business marketing strategies for overall diagnostics business in Malaysia and Singapore. This position reports to the Marketing Manager of SEA region and is part of the commercial department located in Malaysia and will be a remote role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Developing and implementing business strategic plan with activities to support and achieve business and financial goals in Malaysia and Singapore. - Deliver marketing plan and messaging plan yearly with prioritized features and corresponding justification (develop the core positioning and messaging for the portfolios including Lab Automation, Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology and Urinalysis). - Screen, collate and analyze market intelligence in the competitive spaces for formulation of sales and marketing strategies in responding to the market dynamic. - Providing market feedback to regional marketing team and customize Product launch plans (LEX) for the local market to support the business. - Support and oversee key marketing projects including new product launch, reference site building and thought leaders’ cultivation. - Provide technical product training, marketing support, Pre-sales support to direct team and Channel Partners in Malaysia and Singapore. - Perform co-visit with Channel Partners and BEC Associates at key accounts for New Product Implementation and prioritize marketing activities in those accounts in an active sales cycle (existing and competitive) to position Beckman Coulter products for customer’s needs The essential requirements of the job include: - Degree or equivalent in Medical Technology, Biotechnology, Biology or Science related subject. - Minimum 3 years of technical and marketing experience in In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD / Life Science (Ls) markets; Technical support experience in Immunology, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology or Lab Automation. - Well-versed with market dynamics in Malaysia and Singapore with an established track record of initializing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
