Job Description The Market Analytics Manager supports the Business Development, Implementation, and Operations functions of Allegis Global Solutions primarily by advising management/executive levels of our clients on pricing models, market-based pricing, and cost savings potential. They additionally will perform various economic research to advise clients on the sourcing of labor based on trends in industries, occupations, or economies both globally, nationally, and locally. The Market Analytics Lead will lead a team of 5-7 Analysts, Analysts II, and Leads. Expectations: - Understand economic data related to labor markets and provide thoughtfully written analysis and verbal presentation of this data. - Understand pricing data, sources, and methodology and professionally present these to executive level client sponsorship and AGS program teams. - Produce written analysis in the form of blogs, white papers, infographics, or other web content. - Take initiative to seek out and gain client, industry, and business knowledge pertinent to their role. - Fulfill ad hoc requests of Managers/Directors of the Market Analytics team as well as client sponsorship and program office teams. - Expected to be an engaged member of the Market Analytics team, contributing to discussions, analysis and writing relating to all aspects of this role. - Function almost entirely autonomously but bring in team support in extreme situations Key Responsibilities - Responsible for the technical and professional development of analysts - Plays an active role in how analyses are designed and delivered - Assists with strategic projects that drive innovation and process improvement of the Market Analytics function - Supports Business Development efforts by attending presentations and providing subject matter expertise throughout RFP process - Creates various ad hoc research projects in support of AGS, AG OpCos and ACS corporate strategic planning efforts - Cleans and manipulates data sets from a variety of internal and external databases for use by the Market Analytics team as well as the greater BI team at AGS. - Steps in to support on complex/escalations/technical support/disgruntled clients - Liaises with managers of other GBS teams to drive projects and initiatives to completion - Works with semi-complex or several-country implementation ownership, and should be able to review deadlines and project scope on non-complex implementations using sr. leadership to access escalations and make recommendations - Supports jr. analysts with learning how to support basic tasks like implementations, rate reviews, etc. - Elevates organizational relationships across operations and support teams, typically at Exec. Director, VP and C Levels - Deals with all performance issues including coaching, mentoring, PIP and terminations - Participates in EBR process, Mid-Year/Year-End Reviews and Talent Reviews - Provides day to day support of multiple regions and other team members’ development - Leads MA team initiatives outside of EBRs - Stands in for Senior Manager as needed Qualifications Qualifications - Must be a critical thinker who can take data and interpret it into actionable information for clients - Must show strong drive, initiative, and ownership in all aspects of their work - Must be a self-starter and independent worker, capable of meeting expectations with minimal oversight Must be comfortable working with a remote team - Must have strong problem-solving capabilities, and flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently - Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to hit aggressive deadlines - Must have the ability to build relationships with key individuals - Must have advanced knowledge of MS Excel (proficiency with v-lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas etc.) - Recognized as subject matter expert by AGS executive leadership and routinely brought to high visibility projects and client initiatives - 5+ years of leadership experience - 5-8 years experience at Analyst II or Lead Level, or relevant experience - B.S. or M.A. in Economics strongly preferred Additional Information As a workplace, we focus on relationships – with each other, our clients and our candidates - in fact serving others is one of our core values. Time Zone Requirements Local hours (PT, MT, ET) While the position will primarily work local hours, LendingClub is headquartered in Pacific Time and our ideal candidate will be flexible working across time zones when necessary. Travel Requirements As needed travel to LendingClub offices and/or other locations, as needed. Compensation The target base salary range for this position is 92,000-100,000. The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge, experience, education, skills, and location. Base salary is just one part of LendingClub's Total Rewards package.
