About the Position A Campus Operations Coordinator supports the Student Services/Operations function by providing general information to students, visitors, staff and faculty. Performs various clerical and administrative functions to ensure that information is timely and accurate and that the necessary University resources are available to internal and external customers. WHAT YOU’LL DO: 1. Provide primary coverage and reception responsibilities for campus Student Resource Center to include assisting with room preparation for in-person classes, record student attendance timely and accurately, and perform facility maintenance as required. 2. Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively supporting students, faculty, staff, visitors, and external customers with accurate information, professional communication, respectful interactions, and a positive, solution-oriented approach. 3. Ensure operational readiness of the Student Resource Center and campus facilities by maintaining appropriate staffing coverage, facility and equipment preparedness, resource availability, and functional learning environments that support business and student needs. 4. Maintain ownership of attendance tracking processes, ensuring accuracy, and investigate discrepancies with the appropriate personnel as needed. 5. Provide high-level student support by guiding students in navigating online tools and campus resources, assisting with access to services such as tutoring and workshops, and proactively resolving issues or directing students to appropriate University resources. 6. Provide clerical and administrative support to the department by maintaining accuracy of campus communications, documents, and internal systems by updating campus and company materials, sites, and other internal channels in a timely manner ensuring compliance with policies and academic integrity standards., including reporting, system updates, and operational documentation to support campus effectiveness. 7. Support coordination of and attends activities related to local commencement ceremonies. 8. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps, implement solutions, and drive improvements in campus operations, service delivery, student experience, and internal processes. 9. About the Position The Program Coordinator, College of Nursing, manages clinical compliance and student progression for University of Phoenix's nursing program including clinical affiliations, clinical evaluation, data gathering of accreditation information and associated compliance. Collaborate with program manager to update necessary records to ensure current active affiliation with clinical sites are available to students. - Maintain, in an orderly and efficient filing system, spreadsheets, and all documentation that is required by the applicable state board of nursing and national accreditation/CCNE to facilitate efficient retrieval during board audits and other activities that require documentation to be retrieved and produced upon request. - Attend and take comprehensive and accurate minutes at all required faculty, curriculum, community advisory and other related meetings. - Perform confidential administrative functions, including gathering, documenting and filing student immunization records, to support students enrolled in UOPX College of Nursing. - Perform other duties as required or apparent.
