- About the Role:
- As a Senior Visa Document Agent, you will be a crucial part of helping clients throughout their travel or immigration process.
- Your responsibilities will include collecting and reviewing key documents, ensuring their accuracy and completeness, and delivering timely updates to facilitate case progress.
- You will proactively communicate with clients, resolve documentation issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless process in line with company standards.
- Qualifications:
- Relevant Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in technical support, documentation, or administrative roles, preferably in a process-oriented environment.

- Outstanding verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and professionally.
