• Architect the internal accounting structure from scratch • Transition our accounting function to a modern, cloud-native Italian ERP • Oversee migration of historical data to ensure full integration • Manage full lifecycle of supplier and customer invoices • Take ownership of accounts receivable ledger • Oversee outgoing payments to event organizers • Prepare VAT registers and support EU filings • Reconcile high-volume bank transactions • Maintain clean, auditable records of liabilities and accruals • Produce monthly management accounts
Job Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of accounting experience within the Italian market
- Deep familiarity with Italian accounting software (TeamSystem, Zucchetti, etc.)
- Firm grasp of Italian GAAP and EU VAT regulations
- Experience in a high-transaction environment (e.g., Fintech, E-commerce, Marketplaces) is a bonus

Part Time Accountant

• Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close support. • Ensure compliance with GAAP and healthcare-specific financial requirements. • Support preparation of financial statements and internal reporting. • Reconcile revenue streams and ensure alignment between billing systems and financial records. • Prepare documentation and schedules to support internal and external audits. • Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit readiness across financial processes. • Identify and address gaps in financial reporting, documentation, and compliance. • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulatory and financial compliance standards. • Document and improve accounting workflows, policies, and SOPs.

Job Details PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - The management of the assigned projects and/or cases. - Adherence to the general company processes - Telephone support: - Implementing call-centre programs including the provision of patient, healthcare professional and funding bodies with telephone support.
