• Lead the development of high-quality, scalable training materials for educators • Create engaging training resources including videos, overviews, and implementation guides • Build a scalable library of training resources to support growth across partners • Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and reduce support burden • Apply best practices in instructional design to support adult learners • Collaborate with Partner Success and Product teams to improve training materials based on customer needs • Serve as a resource for customers during implementation and throughout the customer journey

Job Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in instructional design, educator enablement, or curriculum development, with a track record of building scalable training solutions in complex environments
  • Proven experience designing and delivering high-impact, educator-facing materials across K–12 and/or higher education, with demonstrated adoption and effectiveness
  • Exceptional content development capabilities across video, written, and visual formats, with technical expertise and a strong eye for quality, clarity, and engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex products or systems into intuitive, actionable guidance that enables independent use at scale
  • Deep, hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas), including designing content for seamless integration into educator workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence partnering directly with educators, faculty, and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes
  • Experience in customer education, onboarding, or implementation support (preferred)
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) (preferred)
  • Experience working in edtech or product-driven environments (preferred)
  • Basic video editing and content production skills (preferred)

Position Summary Position reports to the Senior Director of Medical Communications within Global Medical Immunology & Cardiovascular, Global Medical Affairs and is responsible for the strategy and execution of rheumatology medical communication plans. This role will ensure the timely development and delivery of scientific content and disclosures of clinical and health economic data for BMS products to inform Healthcare Providers, Patients, and Payers in accordance with local regulations.
