International Sales Controller

Eurofins

• Drive and support the continuous development and improvement of product/customer master data, to ensure efficiency, data quality and compatibility with IT and ERP projects. • Manage monthly global sales reports and help the sales teams understand and improve the worldwide commercial performance, identify trends and performance-drivers, analyse differences between planned and past performance, and compute and report volume/price analysis on a quarterly basis. • Work closely with the sales teams and directors to identify the relevant business’ KPIs and how to track them; coordinate, control, and follow-up on price changes; co-develop pricing and margin approaches and tools. • Co-design and implement the sales planning process to embed volume and price assumptions into budget assumptions, ensuring that there is a clear storyline for the IBL and find the right balance between detail/precision and efficiency. • Support finance management within the IBL on ad-hoc financial topics and projects. • Provide lean and remote business partnering support to specific Eurofins companies.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business administration or finance.
  • Approximately 3+ years of professional experience in operational finance or business analyst roles, with increasing levels of responsibility, particularly in sales controlling.
  • Proven expertise as a strong project and change manager, with a natural drive to challenge the status quo and the ability to initiate and lead sustainable change.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritise workloads, ensuring robust controls while driving strategic initiatives forward.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management (including queries, complex formulas, and data models) with a keen interest in continuous learning.
  • Familiarity with Access and Power BI is an advantage.
