• Ensure monthly sales targets are met. • Ensure accuracy of monthly planning data. • Ensure delivery of targets — sales forecast. • Participate in commercial forums, manage KPIs, and ensure plans and strategies are cascaded throughout the region. • Execute strategic sales plans. • Control the effectiveness of resources allocated to the region. • Ensure the strategy is executed within the region. • Build and execute demand-generation plans through market analysis and alignment with marketing activities. • Plan and manage commercial activities to achieve targets. • Reinforce and uphold the company's commercial policies and strategies. • Develop new markets and seek opportunities for product positioning. • Develop the commercial team to improve performance. • Monitor and manage distribution channels and both direct and indirect sales. • Recruit, evaluate, develop, and manage the sales team. • Manage the team's action plan and performance indicators. • Conduct prospecting and strategic visits together with the team. • Manage distributors' activities, sales, and inventory. • Monitor the financial health of distributors and clients. • Oversee and monitor the team's sales routine. • Proactively monitor competitor activity. • Execute strategic marketing plans. • Comply with internal and external company policies and compliance requirements, acting as their guardian and guiding the team to adopt the company culture. • Have management experience in the field.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Veterinary Medicine or related fields.
  • Must be based in Goiânia or Brasília.
