• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success and Product to ensure the existing customer base is receiving the value they expect from their implemented solutions. • Achieve a quota of new sales growth within your select customer base each quarter. • Be a customer advocate, driving relationships with key customers and creating new champions. • Identify whitespace in existing accounts and create value-based presentations to promote upgrades and cross-sells. • Consult with our existing customers to recommend additional solutions from the CrowdStrike portfolio. • Devise and execute account strategies and plans to maximize customer success and account growth. • Provide high touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed. • Deliver feedback to the Product Management team on new feature requests and product enhancements from your customer base.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated 5+ years of experience managing end to end sales account management
- Strong ability to run a discovery, manage full sales cycle, handle objections, implement a multi-faceted sales strategy such as working with partners, and close deals.
- Light experience and/or understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler
- Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota and/or metric carrying role.
- Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment over multiple engagements.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through email, conference calls, client visits and presentations, and internal meetings
- High level of comfort handling client objections and negotiations.

The Public Sector vertical is full of talented, collaborative team members that work closely to align customer and prospect goals with our amazing products. This person will be tasked with maximizing sales revenue and exceeding annual profitability goals for UKG’s Public Sector SMB Sales team. About the Role: This Sales Executive will be focused on selling into named public sector city and county accounts with a hunter focus on net new logos seeking to transform their HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Scheduling processes using UKG HCM SaaS deployments. A successful candidate will need to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand customer/prospect business requirements and recommend the best UKG software solutions to meet their business objectives. Primary Responsibilities: • Consistently exceed sales quotas • Must have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations • Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas.
