Their primary role is to analyze scientific data and findings, and prepare reports and presentations that communicate their conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders. This position is 100% remote. Essential Job Functions: Applying appropriate FOIA exemptions to non-disclosable information within responsive documents. Preparing records for release, including the redaction of materials to be withheld, and duplicating materials, as necessary Performs other related duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Some of the tasks include: Disclosure Review Redaction of Records Communication and Reporting, to include, but not limited to keeping division management informed of the nature of all sensitive requests Providing weekly progress reports Redaction & Disclosure Redact records in accordance with FOIA, the OPEN Government Act, the E-Gov Act, and applicable job aids and guidance from OC staff Apply exemptions appropriately to ensure information exempt under statutes is withheld Utilize Adobe Acrobat Pro (or other approved software) to electronically redact and prepare records, including boxing exempt material, sanitization, and Bates numbering if applicable Prepare documents and Vaughn indices for disclosure-based litigation, as required Ensure released materials do not contain exempt information Correspondence & Communication Draft original correspondence for release on behalf of the agency Communicate with requesters, regulated industry, sponsors, staff, contractors, and other stakeholders to clarify requests and provide updates Serve as liaison with requesters and, on occasion, other agencies or appellants Compliance & Quality Ensure disclosure analysis is accurate, timely, and compliant with FOIA, the Privacy Act, and applicable regulations Stay up to date on statutory and regulatory changes to maintain compliance Ensure released materials do not contain information exempt under applicable statutes Meet agency performance standards, including review rates and timeliness metrics Reporting & Tracking Maintain accurate data entry in FOIA tracking databases Monitor request backlogs and prioritize processing of sensitive or time-critical cases Prepare indexes of produced documents, including withheld portions and exemption codes Support reporting requirements for leadership and oversight staff QualificationsRequired Qualifications Required Education: Bachelors’ Degree in Biological and Health Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Laboratory Science/Technology, Nursing Pharmacology, etc.) Required Experience: Minimum three (3) years’ experience performing related duties. Responsibilities You will support a wide range of actions, such as title research, tracking, managing, data organization, and document repository management, in support of real estate actions related to acquisition, permitting, leasing and licensing in support of new construction and maintenance and repair of our client’s infrastructure and technology systems and their supporting infrastructure. You will help our client manage its real estate portfolio. This entails evaluating client requirements and identifying and executing real estate requirements. You will support real estate specialists in their preparation for and negotiation of land acquisitions and other land-use agreements such as licenses and leases from private landowners and permits from other government agencies. In addition, you will support meetings to develop and execute appropriate real estate strategies. Specific responsibilities: - Perform title research utilizing multiple primary and secondary data sources - Manage the inputs to digital tracking tools and document repositories - Track and manage the supporting documents for real estate actions - Prepare decision briefs and appropriate real estate documents - Develop project schedules and timelines Qualifications - Ability to pass a government background investigation, including financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance use, and employment verifications; active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation preferred. • Support end-to-end survey-based research and campaign measurement across assigned clients, including survey development, execution, analysis, and reporting • Design, write, and program questionnaires in Qualtrics • With guidance, translate campaign objectives into research inputs, including assisting in survey design and KPI tracking • Clean and analyze survey data using SPSS, R, or similar data analysis tool; manipulate large datasets using Excel. • Assist in developing clear, visually compelling reports; present findings to internal stakeholders • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring visibility into status and next steps • Contribute to the development and maintenance of tools, trackers, and knowledge systems (e.g., case studies, benchmarks). • Help document processes, improve workflows, and contribute to team efficiency through operational improvements.

• Conduct in-depth sales performance diagnostics (root cause analysis); • Develop and present weekly and monthly sales closing rituals to the Regional Manager (GR) and the responsible GVO; • Monitor sales performance dispersion for the region under your responsibility, flagging deviations in key indicators; • Connect regional sales performance gaps with the Services and Digital teams to trigger action plans; • Serve as strategic analytical support in cycle meetings and in Regional Manager field visits.
