Senior Network and Engagement Analyst
Motriz
• Plan and implement strategic engagement and career development initiatives for participants of the Motriz Network; • Collect, organize, and analyze data to monitor success, engagement, and participant pathways; • Map, prospect, and support the formalization of strategic partnerships that add value to the Network; • Provide member support and manage relationships with community members, fostering responsive, empathetic, and high-quality interactions. • Organize in-person and virtual events for the network, from conception through execution; • Monitor budget, schedules, targets, and strategic plans for the Network area; • Support the production of presentations, reports, and executive materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field;
- Previous experience in community management, stakeholder relationship management, development programs, or related areas;
- Strong execution skills, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects;
- Good analytical skills and familiarity with metrics and databases;
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to tone, clarity, and editorial quality;
- Maturity to operate in dynamic contexts, including handling sensitive situations;
- Interest in leadership, career development, public management, and social impact.
