• Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, objectives, key results (OKRs), timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies. • Drive execution of these programs, often involving new tool implementations, large scale process re-engineering, or new internal product launches. • Facilitate regular steering committee meetings and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders. • Ensure change management plans are in place to drive successful adoption and utilization of new processes and technologies. • Work with Sales Automation leaders to define and lead intra departmental initiatives. • Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and champion adoption of new processes, tools, or strategies across GTM teams. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all programs and initiatives, measuring their impact on GTM effectiveness and/or sales productivity. • Create compelling reports and presentations for various audiences, including executive leadership, on program progress, outcomes, and business impact. • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess success and identify lessons learned. • Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Act as a central point of contact for program-related communications, ensuring transparency and alignment. • Influence and motivate project team members, consultants, and partners to achieve common GTM goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to think strategically and translate complex or ambiguous concepts into actionable plans.
- Excellent project management skills (PMP or similar certification a plus) with experience in various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Expertise in sales automation tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Sales Engagement Platforms like Outreach/Salesloft etc.) is highly desirable.
