Now Hiring for Bilingual Customer Service Reps looking for call center experience and fluent French and Spanish bilingual skills!! This is fully remote at $16/hr!! Must reside in the US and work in the US to be qualified!! MUST HAVES Fluent in English and French 1+ year of call center experience Must live in the United States and work in the US (cannot take equipment out of country, VPN verifies this) Description Customer Service Representatives will be calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance. This could be due to it being cancelled, missing a payment, something missing in the document, etc. The customer service rep will be calling the customer on behalf of the insurance to gather more information. Overall, they are assisting customers with problem resolutions to make sure all insurance requirements are met **All informative calls, not sales or collections** Daily Duties: -14 calls an hour, 100% on the phones all day - Verify insurance with agents (for example if a deduction is too high). - Upload information to company's internal website. - Leave scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer the phone (based on client approved messages).
