CVT Operations Manager
Halcyon
• Build and manage operational processes across the CVT team in partnership with all functional leads. • Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to adoption to renewal. • Own dashboards and reporting cadences that give leadership and cross-functional partners visibility into team performance program health, and customer outcomes. • Own and operationalize the end to end product & customer feedback loop, ensuring insights from CS, Support, and direct customer interactions are systematically captured, synthesized, and translated into actionable inputs for Product. • Establish scalable processes and tooling for feedback collection and analysis, identifying trends, recurring pain points, and high-impact opportunities to inform product decisions. • Drive alignment between Product and customer facing teams, ensuring clear communication of roadmap priorities, upcoming features, and product direction while aligning expectations across the business. • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements informed by stakeholder input. • Manage and improve the team’s operational tool stack, including CRM hygiene, project management systems, and internal knowledge bases.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in operations, program management or a related field ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, work with data, and translate insights into actions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; you can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and its role in transforming how businesses operate and deliver value to customers.
- Clear communicator who can synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.

In this role, you will manage Tailored Upholstery orders and pricing, support custom product initiatives, coordinate Floorplanner uploads, and oversee floor model SKU setup.
