Role Description Serena & Lily is seeking a Director of Enterprise Project Delivery & Product Management. The Director of Enterprise Project Delivery & Product Management is a pivotal leadership role within Serena & Lily's Technology Organization. This individual will serve as the connective tissue across the enterprise — bridging business strategy, technology execution, and delivery accountability across ERP, Supply Chain, Finance, Data, and Retail domains. Reporting to SVP Technology, this role is responsible for overseeing project delivery governance, driving Product Ownership discipline, and ensuring cross-functional initiatives land on time, within scope, and with measurable business value. The Director will work closely with Engineering, Product, Business, and Data teams to bring structure, transparency, and continuous improvement to how Serena & Lily delivers technology-enabled outcomes. Responsibilities - Enterprise Project Delivery & Governance - Own and evolve Serena & Lily's project delivery framework, ensuring consistent, scalable processes across all technology domains. - Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations. - Maintain an integrated master delivery roadmap, providing leadership and the business with clear visibility into timelines, milestones, and priorities. - Drive delivery governance standards including status reporting, risk escalation, change management protocols, and retrospective practices. - Champion First Time Quality principles across all delivery workstreams, reducing rework and improving release predictability. - Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to ensure delivery plans are realistic, well-sequenced, and aligned to business cycles and campaigns. - Product Management & Ownership - Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners across enterprise domains, ensuring consistent application of agile delivery practices, backlog management, and prioritization discipline. - Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into clearly defined product roadmaps and actionable backlogs maintained within the Serena & Lily Product Delivery (SLPD) framework. - Ensure product roadmaps are actively maintained, communicated, and used to drive focus, accountability, and alignment across technology and business teams. - Champion the voice of the customer and the business across all product decisions, ensuring technology investments deliver tangible value. - Facilitate business discovery sessions, requirements analysis, and stakeholder alignment to ensure clarity before development begins. - Oversee UAT planning and execution in partnership with business teams, ensuring thorough validation prior to production deployments. - Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Serve as a primary point of contact for business leaders seeking visibility into technology delivery status, priorities, and outcomes. - Develop and deliver clear, consistent executive-level reporting on roadmap progress, key metrics, risks, and delivery results. - Operate technology as a business — bringing transparency to planned activities and ensuring technology teams understand the 'why' behind their work. - Build strong relationships across Business, Engineering, Data, and external vendor partners to facilitate effective collaboration and decision-making. - Facilitate cross-functional steering meetings, program reviews, and governance forums to maintain alignment and accountability. - Continuous Improvement & Team Development - Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project delivery and product management functions. - Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that increase delivery efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. - Build and develop a high-performing team, providing clear direction, coaching, and career development support. - Drive adoption of tooling, standards, and practices that mature Serena & Lily's delivery capability over time. - Collaborate with peers across Engineering and Data to ensure integrated delivery practices and shared standards. Measures of Success - Delivery Predictability: Enterprise initiatives consistently delivered on time, within scope, and with defined business value realized. - Roadmap Visibility: Product roadmaps actively maintained and used to drive focus and alignment across all technology domains. - Stakeholder Confidence: Business and executive leadership have clear, timely insight into delivery status, priorities, and risks. - Team Maturity: Product Owners operating with consistent agile discipline, driving quality backlogs and prioritized delivery. - Continuous Improvement: Measurable improvements in delivery velocity, First Time Quality, and release predictability over time. - Cross-Domain Alignment: Demonstrated collaboration and shared delivery practices across eCommerce, Enterprise Systems, and Data functions. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree a plus. - 12+ years of progressive experience in technology project delivery, program management, or product management roles. - Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a complex, multi-domain technology environment. - Deep expertise in agile and hybrid delivery methodologies; PMP / Scrum certifications highly desirable. - Demonstrated success delivering enterprise technology programs across ERP, eCommerce, or supply chain domains. - Strong command of product management practices including roadmapping, backlog management, and stakeholder prioritization. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels — from development teams to senior executives. - Experience in retail or consumer products industries is strongly preferred. - Familiarity with platforms such as NetSuite, Elastic Path, Amplience, Snowflake, or AWS is a plus. Compensation $185-210k per year is the anticipated starting base pay for this role. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, education, and skills. Role Description Serena & Lily is seeking a Custom Order Coordinator to support our customer-facing teams. In this role, you will manage Tailored Upholstery orders and pricing, support custom product initiatives, coordinate Floorplanner uploads, and oversee floor model SKU setup. This position partners closely with Retail, Merchandising, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of custom offerings within our Design Shops. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and Excel proficient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Review and submit custom order forms to external vendors for processing - Review Open Order Upholstery reports to ensure all Tailored and COM orders are scheduled and on track.
