Join our Team Our Exciting Opportunity We are looking for an intern to join our Marketing & Communications team in an assistant capacity. Our department handles daily promotional and communications activities targeting Communications Service Providers, government agencies, business partners, and media. We also play a key role in driving employee engagement within the organization. Leveraging the strengths of a global company while staying rooted in the local market, we localize global promotional content into Japanese, organize media events, and create and distribute content tailored to our domestic customers. Internally, we actively work to foster a sense of unity and open communication through the planning and management of company-wide all-hands meetings and digital communications. As an intern, you will support the team members who lead these activities across a wide range of tasks, including proofreading translated content, processing data, creating social media posts, taking photos, and supporting event operations. Candidates will be considered nationally. *** Responsibilities: - Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for call center staff - Identify, select, and develop appropriate training programs, including the selection or design of appropriate training aids - Evaluate effectiveness of training programs, including cost and benefit analyses - Research, analyze and recommend external training programs - Maintain records of training activities and employee progress - Assist in auditing work performed by staff and present findings and recommendations for areas of improvement to management - Assist with revisions to policy and procedures and/or work process development - Performs other duties as assigned - Complies with all policies and standards Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment.
