Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or instructional design.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and enhancing learning experiences within Workday Learning.
  • Workday Learning Certificate - Preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, UX/UI principles, and instructional design best practices.
  • Experience managing learning content lifecycle, including creation, updates, and governance.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and learner experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a systems-thinking mindset.
  • Experience using learning data and reporting to drive insights and improvements.
