Overview The Traveling Compliance Auditor is responsible for monitoring property management operations within an the Pennrose portfolio, with a primary focus on ensuring that all required recertifications are completed timely and maintained in full compliance with applicable site-specific covenants. This role requires expert-level knowledge of relevant housing programs, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to proactively obtain and verify critical documentation necessary for file compliance. The Traveling Compliance Auditor will maintain consistent and effective communication with site staff, operations personnel, and other Pennrose team members to ensure ongoing adherence to all program requirements.
