WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Provide leadership across enterprise new-logo sales, driving pipeline growth, ensuring sales process excellence - Recruit and empower a team of sales reps enabling them to act as strategic partners to the world’s largest field service companies by coaching them to align WorkWave’s solutions with measurable business impact - Champion a high performance sales culture that grounded in coaching, accountability, recognition, and continuous development, ensuring both individual and team success - Be responsible for ramping your team, performance management, and leading the team to consistently build and execute a healthy pipeline of Enterprise saas opportunities - Lead change with clarity and purpose, effectively communicating vision while motivating and inspiring team members. - Demonstrate sound judgment, inspiring confidence and trust with team members, peers, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners.
