Role Overview Sodexo’s Supply Management Food Platform team is seeking a Business Technology Manager. The Business Technology Manager is responsible for formulating and defining system scope, objectives, and requirements based on a deep understanding of user needs, business processes, and industry standards. Candidates can reside anywhere within the U.S. Preferred east coast What You'll Do - Will act as the primary a Data Governance lead for North America Supply Management the North American Food Platform team, ensuring alignment with global standards, policies, and operating models - Will operationalize data governance principles across supply management Food Platform functions and champion adoption of enterprise governance frameworks and tooling across regional teams - Will establish and maintain oversight of data quality, driving continuous improvement across accuracy, completeness, validity, uniqueness, timeliness, and consistency - Will partner with regional and global data governance teams to implement best practices and resolve complex, cross‑domain data issues - Will lead cross‑functional delivery with Food Platform TDDI (Tech Digital Data & Innovation) stakeholders by translating operational needs into actionable requirements and user stories, and driving timely, informed decision‑making - Will analyze and document current‑state systems, data flows, and integrations to define project scope, milestones, dependencies, and key risks - Will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure solution designs and deliverables align with CDM and API‑first integration patterns, while managing decision logs, approvals, and outstanding actions - Will support and maintain the integrated project plan—including milestones, dependencies, and RAID—while delivering executive‑ready status reporting and driving cross‑team issue and risk resolution - Will lead data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities; define acceptance criteria; and drive timely triage and remediation of data quality issues - Will own end‑to‑end UAT execution with business partners, including test strategy, defect triage and resolution, retesting cycles, training readiness, and formal sign‑off - Will drive go‑live readiness and provide post–go‑live BAU support to stabilize operations and ensure a successful transition to production What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
