Senior Manager, GTM Finance

• Partner with GTM Leaders to Drive Growth • Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, supporting both day-to-day decision-making and long-term strategy • Lead annual and quarterly planning for Sales and Marketing, including revenue, metrics, headcount, expense budgets, and investment prioritization • Build and maintain sales capacity and productivity models to inform hiring pace, ramp expectations, and performance targets • Partner with Marketing to evaluate channel and program investments, helping ensure spend aligns with pipeline and revenue outcomes • Support pricing, deal evaluation, and other analyses that inform GTM strategy and investment decisions • Own and Elevate GTM Forecasting & Reporting • Strengthen forecasting rigor and improve how the company understands GTM performance • Improve and maintain ARR and revenue forecasting models, incorporating sales capacity, productivity, and other key drivers of revenue growth • Build clear reporting on pipeline health, conversion, sales productivity, and other key SaaS metrics • Partner closely with RevOps, BizOps, and Data Science to ensure GTM metrics and reporting support accurate forecasting and decision-making • Analyze GTM performance trends to identify key drivers and surface actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and company leadership • Help Build a Scalable FP&A Foundation • Support company-wide budgeting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis • Contribute to board materials and company planning processes • Improve financial models, reporting frameworks, and planning tools as the business scales • Help define how FP&A partners cross-functionally across the organization

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience including FP&A, Strategic Finance, and/or GTM finance
  • Direct experience supporting Sales and Marketing organizations in a B2B SaaS and/or usage-based business
  • Strong financial modeling skills (Excel and Google Sheets)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and sales metrics (ARR, pipeline, CAC, LTV, conversion, productivity, etc.)
  • Experience building headcount and capacity models for growing teams
  • Strong analytical toolkit; SQL or experience working with large datasets is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in an evolving, fast-paced environment and building structure where it doesn’t yet exist
  • Experience in high-growth startups, PLG businesses, and/or scaling sales organizations is a big plus
