Vantage
• Lead the onboarding and implementation experience for customers. • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding. • Design scalable architectures using the Vantage platform. • Drive the end-to-end technical outcome of onboarding. • Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain timelines. • Proactively identify and resolve technical blockers or integration hurdles.
Job Requirements
- 3–7+ years as a Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Product Manager within a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Familiarity with SQL or scripting is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead technical conversations with executive stakeholders.
- Deep experience in professional services or onboarding, ideally within a fast-growing startup or a data-heavy product environment.
- A resourceful mindset with the ability to think on your feet and make decisive technical calls.
- A track record of driving successful go-lives where solutions are aligned with the client’s strategic needs.
- Experience working in a "pod" or partnership model (e.g., Architect + Project Manager).
