The Senior Manager, Test and Validation Engineering will lead the Software Test Engineering (formerly QA) organization responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of the SPM product portfolio. The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering. - 12+ years of experience in Software/Test Engineering, Verification & Validation, or Quality Engineering within an R&D environment. - 10+ years of experience testing enterprise software systems, including workflow-heavy, integration-heavy, or multi-module applications. - Proven track record managing Test/QA teams, hiring and retaining talent, and leading cross-functional quality initiatives. - 8+ years of experience building, coaching, and developing Test Engineers and Automation Engineers. - Demonstrated experience designing and implementing automated test frameworks (UI, API, regression suites). - Experience in Agile methodologies, including Agile test practices, story refinement, acceptance criteria creation, and iterative delivery. - Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Zephyr, qTest).
