Editorial Lead, Copy & Content
MedBridge
• Copy edit content, including high-priority, fast turnaround requests • Update copy editing documentation and guidelines to ensure Medbridge content is the highest quality • Work closely with the Post-Producer Manager to ensure copy editor contractors are operating efficiently • Oversee copy editor contractors and assign content ready to be reviewed • Collaborate with department leads and managers to identify areas of quality improvement • Maintain department tools like Grammarly and innovate the course quality review process • Create scalable AI tools to support the editorial and QC process
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of copy editing and/or writing experience
- Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible and able to switch between tasks quickly
