Medical Affairs Specialist – Role Summary - The Medical Affairs Scientist (MAS) acts as the medical and scientific representative (Point of Contact) of the company for healthcare professionals (HCPs), medical societies, regulators, academia, and other external scientific stakeholders. - The MAS is responsible for maintaining the highest scientific standards, independence, and compliance in all medical and scientific external activities, as well as in relevant internal processes. - The role includes delivering high-level medical and scientific expertise to internal and external stakeholders; medical management of assigned products to support product strategies; ensuring that medical integrity is upheld while supporting business objectives; conducting medical-to-medical communication; engaging opinion leaders; supporting field force training; and delivering scientific presentations related to assigned products. - The role is responsible for two markets: Czech Republic (80% FTE) and Slovakia (20% FTE). Since the majority of the duties is to be performed in Czech Republic, the Colleague must be based in this country. Responsibilities Opinion Leaders & External Engagement (Medical-to-Medical Communication) - Develops and executes Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement plans and maintains regular, compliant medical-to-medical interactions with the external medical community. - Demonstrates medical leadership, role-models collaboration and teamwork, and contributes positively to the Medical Affairs department. - Establishes and maintains partnerships with medical societies and scientific organizations. - Provides internal and external medical expertise related to assigned products and therapeutic areas. - Organizes and prepares medical education events for the scientific community in alignment with company strategy and compliance requirements. - Responds to unsolicited medical information requests in a compliant manner. - Participates in local, regional, and national scientific meetings, advisory boards, speaker trainings, and other scientific interactions involving opinion leaders. - Supports scientific projects in accordance with the ISR (Investigator-Sponsored Research) Policy. - Collects medical insights and identifies unmet medical needs from HCP interactions. - Shares relevant regulatory updates with HCPs, where appropriate and compliant. - Supports medical publications and scientific dissemination activities. Field Force Training - Identifies medical training needs and enhances the scientific knowledge of sales representatives using up-to-date, approved data. - Delivers regular medical training in the relevant therapeutic areas in alignment with compliance standards. Support of Product & Medical Strategies - Supports the definition of Therapeutic Area and Category strategies. - Develops and executes the in-country medical strategy and provides medical leadership for assigned products to support clinical and product development plans. - Reviews and approves promotional materials and labeling for medical accuracy and compliance; provides medical input on competitive materials and publications. - Provides medical input into marketing strategies, operating plans, POA development, and external activities (e.g., advisory boards), including selection of relevant data and publications. - Supports market access activities by providing medical and scientific expertise. - Contributes to the selection and briefing of speakers for Pfizer scientific events and meetings. - Develops and/or supports scientific projects addressing unmet medical needs based on internal and external insights. - Anticipates trends in the therapeutic area, healthcare environment, and customer needs; collaborates cross-functionally to identify opportunities and develop appropriate medical strategies. - Supports local and/or regional advisory boards. - Supports cooperation with patient associations in a compliant manner. - Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the scientific literature in the relevant therapeutic area and identifies knowledge gaps related to company products and competitors. Other Responsibilities - Performs other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor. Qualifications Education - Medical Doctor (MD) degree preferred. - Other relevant degrees may be considered (e.g., Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Sciences). Relevant Experience - Experience in Medical Affairs roles such as Medical Manager, Medical Advisor, or Medical Science Liaison. - Experience in stakeholder management and external engagement. - Experience in medico-marketing collaboration and project management. - Experience in analyzing medical data and generating scientific insights. - Awareness of market dynamics, business ethics, corporate culture, and compliance requirements. Technical Skills - Strong scientific expertise, including medical data analysis and insight generation. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Fluency in English and the local language is required. • Act as a lead data manager for one or more projects. • Act as primary contact with the sponsor as required and communicate with management regarding all data management activities within their studies. • Accountable for data management activities on assigned study projects from database start-up through database lock and CSR/submission. • Serve as the primary data management contact for internal, sponsor and 3rd party vendor teams. • Responsible for delivering quality data to the sponsors. • Responsible for reviewing the revenue recognition workbooks with the Project Manager(s) when DM tasks are completed for each month/phase of the project to ensure client payments. • Create and maintain the Data Management Plan and all other core DM documents (e.g., data review plans, data transfer plans, coding guidelines, CRF completion guidelines, database finalization and freeze/lock, etc.) for assigned projects and ensure they follow UBC SOPs. • Provide input on study timelines, identify risks, and communicate mitigation strategies to the Project Manager. • Ensure data management deliverables are met on time. • Provide solutions for data management issues that arise during study conduct. • Design and develop database build specifications (i.e., CRFs/ePROs, Visit/form configuration specifications, edit check specifications) to meet study data requirements per protocol. • Develop data cleaning requirements for assigned projects. • Distribute data review tasks to the data management team on the project. • Coordinate and participate in all user acceptance testing (UAT) activities of study databases and external vendor systems. • Develop documents and support Real World Evidence Projects (e.g., Feasibility Questionnaire, Variable Gap). • Develop, track, analyse and report, as applicable, on data management performance metrics from study start to database lock and provide to project managers, sponsors, etc. • Responsible for the adhering to project budgets and notifying project teams of the need for potential change order. • Responsible for the training and support of project-specific DM staff on all data management operations and documents. • Provide input during the development and/or review of Data Management SOPs, Work Instructions and templates/standards incorporating the industry's best practices and any applicable Regulatory guidelines and requirements. • Participate in business development activities as required.

• Work with raw, high-frequency sensor data: GPS, accelerometer, gyroscope, at scale • Research new behavioural features and detection algorithms • Design and build behavioural features and factors that feed Zego's understanding of driving quality • Take ideas from hypothesis to production • Prioritise simple, robust solutions • Lead experiments, validate impact with data, and automate insight generation • Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and actuaries

• Define and execute a multi-year product vision and roadmap for search relevance. • Partner closely with data science, engineering and digital stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact. • Translate complex data science and search concepts into clear business and athlete value. • Establish KPIs to measure value realization and impact of search data science capabilities. • Define and monitor metrics to continuously improve search relevance and model performance. • Partner with analytics and optimization teams to design and execute A/B tests across digital channels. • Own prioritization and tradeoff decisions across search relevance models, experimentation strategy, and platform investments.
