Graphic Designer

Project Soar

• Conceptualize and execute a cohesive visual identity system • Design the website interface visuals • Produce campaign-ready creative assets for digital and print platforms • Participate in weekly check-in meetings to present progress, gather feedback, and align with the team • Incorporate feedback in an iterative and timely manner, ensuring smooth project progression • Ensure consistency and quality control across all outputs • Provide a final handover package, including brand guidelines and all assets, ready for internal use or future development

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design & branding
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in brand identity design and digital design (web/social)
  • Experience working on purpose-driven brands, NGOs, or women-focused products is a strong asset
  • Experience in health, lifestyle, or consumer products branding is a plus
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of visual identity systems, typography, color theory, and layout design
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for web design
  • Ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives
  • Strong sense of art direction and brand consistency
  • Sensitivity to cultural context and inclusive design
  • Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Availability to meet deadlines and participate in weekly check-ins
