• Promotes and sells Insurance products and solutions through inbound and outbound channels • Drives sales growth and meets individual targets • Delivers the desired client experience to customers • Provides superior client experience and service • Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs • Applies for and maintains relevant licenses for the products/market • Supports execution of strategic initiatives and collaborates with stakeholders • Ensures compliance with legal and sales-related issues • Completes necessary administrative functions as assigned
Job Requirements
- Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Must meet licensing and certification requirements for the jurisdiction
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Working knowledge of life insurance products
