Job Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources or 18 graduate credits in HR related courses
  • PhD in relevant field preferred
  • Relevant certifications required, if applicable
  • Five years of professional experience
  • Experience in online teaching preferred
  • All degrees must be conferred from an accredited institution
  • Student-centered instructional philosophy
  • Curriculum development experience a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite Products
  • Knowledge of Blackboard Learning Management System preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to the employees of YNHHS. Responsible for managing to completion all activities associated with assigned cases or queries. Owns case management process, including opening cases (create a case for at least 60% of calls), managing escalation or reassignment where required, closing cases in accordance with Service Level Agreements, and updating case management system with customer contact and case resolution details. Coordinates with subject matter experts in system HR to resolve more complex issues, as required. The Centralized Health Guide is responsible for virtual whole person assessments and management of our vulnerable population, collaborating closely with community primary care and behavioral health providers, as well as an internal team of triage registered nurses and psychiatric nurse practitioners.
