• Managing the delivery of Sphera’s Health & Safety, Environmental, and Corporate Sustainability Solutions • Assigning and coordinating resources and monitoring billable time and budgets • Liaison between the company and the client project manager • Involved in pre-project assessments and conducting design workshops • Responsible for the timeliness and quality of implementation • Managing project risks and leading activities such as readiness audits

• Own Retail Execution • Manage end-to-end execution of retail marketing initiatives across key accounts (Target, Kroger, Whole Foods, etc.) • Ensure all retail programs (launches, promos, displays, demos) are delivered on time and aligned with retailer requirements • Act as the operational backbone for retail go-to-market • Drive Retail Launch Excellence • Build and manage timelines for new product launches in retail (including packaging, merchandising, media, and field support) • Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across Brand, Sales, Ops, and Creative • Ensure nothing slips—this role is accountable for launch readiness • Retail Activation & In-Store Experience • Oversee execution of in-store marketing: displays, endcaps, demos, signage, and experiential • Partner with field marketing teams and vendors (e.g., demos, sampling, mobile OOH) • Ensure consistency between brand messaging and in-store execution • Cross-Functional Alignment • Serve as the central point of coordination between Sales, Brand, Creative, Ops, and external partners • Run weekly retail syncs to track progress, flag risks, and drive accountability • Translate strategy into clear execution plans • Retail Marketing Calendar & Operations • Own and maintain the retail marketing calendar across all accounts • Track all key deadlines tied to retailer timelines, resets, and promotional windows • Ensure alignment between retail and broader marketing initiatives • Problem Solve & Remove Blockers • Identify risks early (production delays, retailer constraints, asset gaps) • Proactively solve issues before they impact launches or in-store execution • Keep momentum high—no waiting, no bottlenecks • Performance Visibility • Provide clear status updates to leadership on retail initiatives • Track executional KPIs (demos completed, displays live, timelines met) • Partner with Sales/Analytics to connect execution to performance where possible

• Develop and manage professional relationships with health systems • Develop project implementation strategies • Track expenses related to healthcare systems • Accountable to support and enhance PRIME’s reputation • Participate in grant strategy meetings • Communicate updates or deviations to the program plan • Proactively identify risks and recommend solutions

• develop and manage professional relationships with health systems including but not limited to academic medical centers, community-based specialty clinics, and federally qualified health centers • develop project implementation strategies to achieve both grant goals and timelines • articulate complex research and quality projects to C-suite medical directors, key opinions leaders, and other senior decision-makers within health systems • work with external healthcare administrators and legal teams to align on partnership terms and execute contracts • track expenses related to healthcare systems participation in quality improvement projects • ensure timely payment/reimbursement to PRIME’s collaborators • participate in grant strategy meetings to identify opportunities for future grant proposals and provide feasibility perspectives based on experience in working with healthcare providers • manage the project timelines through Asana project management software • proactively identify potential delays in project deliverables • participate in calls to accommodate health system availability for research and quality improvement collaborations • facilitate health system data collection including chart abstraction and data retrieval from electronic and manual sources • plan, develop, and coordinate program logistics for live and virtual research audit and feedback programs • communicate to the Manager of Population Health and Research any urgent updates or deviations to the program plan
