Location: 1 1 Home Office11 Remote WA 980041 This role pays $100,000 to $110,000 DOE and is remote. Our Workday Analyst supports the ongoing configuration, optimization, and day‑to‑day support of the Workday platform at Transforming Age. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams to ensure Workday solutions are stable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. The Workday Analyst balances operational support with system enhancements and plays an important role in maintaining data integrity and user trust. Our Workday Analyst: - Leads configuration, support, and ongoing optimization across multiple Workday modules including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, and Advanced Compensation. - Acts as a senior escalation point for moderate to complex Workday issues, conducting root cause analysis and delivering scalable, long-term solutions. - Owns break/fix support, system enhancements, and optimization requests while balancing immediate needs with overall system stability. - Partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Workday configuration and business process design. - Supports Workday releases by performing impact analysis, coordinating testing, and assisting with deployment activities. - Creates, maintains, and updates documentation for configurations, integrations, business processes, and support procedures. - Supports data integrity through audits, validations, reconciliations, and security reviews to ensure accurate and compliant data. - Designs and maintain Workday reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, to support operational and leadership decision-making. - Configures and maintain all Workday security types, including role-based, user-based, and intersection security groups, ensuring appropriate access and segregation of duties. - Provides guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, sharing best practices and supporting team development. - Collaborates with implementation partners and vendors to support integrations, enhancements, and project-based work as needed. What you need to succeed: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Three or more years Hands‑on experience supporting and configuring Workday across multiple modules. - Strong understanding of Workday business processes and data relationships. - Experience troubleshooting system issues in a production environment. - Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non‑technical partners. - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Workday certification in one or more modules strongly preferred. - Experience in a healthcare or multi‑entity Workday environment preferred. - Experience supporting Workday releases and testing cycles preferred. - Exposure to integrations or advanced reporting preferred. - Exposure to full cycle implementations or M&A activity preferred. - Thoughtful problem solving. - Strong partnership and collaboration. - Reliability and ownership. - A commitment to improving how systems support our mission.
